What are we looking for in our Construction Site Superintendent?
Russell Tobin is seeking a Site Superintendent experienced in delivering Ground-Up & Interiors for Commercial Retail projects. This position will require extensive travel to various project sites throughout Canada.
Candidates should be based within 3 hours of the Windsor, Ontario area.
Overview:
Our client is one of the most respected and reputable general contractors in the greater Windsor area that also manages its own development portfolio and has projects/clients all throughout Canada .The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Company & Role Highlights:
- 5+ years of Ground-Up & Interiors for commercial retail projects above $10 million
- Busy, Mid-Sized GC with a portfolio of Ground-Up & Interior projects within the Multifamily, Industrial and Commercial sectors.
- Opportunity to collaborate with, and have direct visibility to, the leadership team.
- $85k-$115k DOE + Bonus & Benefits
