What are we looking for in our Project Manager - Medical Operations - 12M?


Join one of the world's premier pharmaceutical companies making a significant impact on patients lives and the Irish economy. We're seeking a Medical Project Operations Manager to provide crucial support to our Medical Affairs Clients. Your role involves overseeing the planning, tracking, and reporting of various medical activities, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key brand projects, including creating project registers and dashboards.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs Client stakeholders to plan and report medical activities.
  • Lead post-implementation activities for budget approvals.
  • Identify areas for process or technology improvements.
  • Validate spending and forecast budgets accurately.
  • Coordinate reporting with metrics and analysis for stakeholders.
  • Support large-scale change projects and act as a point of contact for external queries.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life science or business management.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Basic understanding of science and drug development processes.
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Budget management and forecasting experience.
  • Ability to analyze data and produce actionable insights.

What’s Offered:

  • 12-month contract with potential for extension.
  • Day rate up to €470 (depending on experience).
  • Hybrid work model (3 days per week in Dublin 4 office).
