Title - Warehouse Operative

Location – Dublin 20

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.45 am to 5.15 pm with 1 hour lunch. 

Friday 8.45 AM to 4.45 PM with 30 min lunch break. 

Salary - €25,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at a leading Audio-Visual (AV) integration company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, organizing the warehouse space, and assisting with shipping and receiving tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Receive and inspect incoming shipments of AV equipment and materials.
2. Accurately record and track inventory levels using inventory management software.
3. Organize and maintain the warehouse space to ensure efficient workflow.
4. Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labelling.
5. Assist with loading and unloading trucks using forklifts and other equipment.
6. Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
7. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse.
8. Assist technicians and project managers with equipment staging and preparation as needed.
9. Collaborate with other team members to fulfil customer orders and meet project deadlines.
10. Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and inventory management.
11. Report to and work with the Warehouse Manager daily.
