What are we looking for in our Integrated Marketing Manager?

Integrated Marketing Manager
PR: 70 -75 CAD/hr
Contract: 1 year
Remote



Responsibilities:

  • Own the go-to-market strategy and cross-functional execution for major national marketing initiatives, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Act as the central point of contact between Growth, Brand, Retention, Strategy & Operations, Product, Finance, Analytics, and other teams to create and implement holistic marketing strategies.
  • Lead ongoing internal communications, providing campaign progress updates to executives and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Retention and Finance teams to define goals and KPIs for key initiatives, and develop integrated plans with cross-functional partners to achieve these goals.
  • Build models and frameworks for campaign forecasting, planning, and tracking, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead detailed reporting and analysis for all campaigns, offering actionable insights based on data.
  • Partner with key cross-functional leaders to ensure proper resource allocation and manage quarterly investment plans.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 8+ years in integrated marketing, with experience across performance, brand marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong ability to create high-level presentations and communicate key points effectively to stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, including campaign calendar development, setting DRIs (Directly Responsible Individuals), and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to synthesize data, make data-driven decisions, and balance quantitative analysis with intuitive decision-making.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and basic understanding of SQL; experience with tools such as Sigma, Braze, Mode, Snowflake, and Google Suite.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance brand and performance goals, leveraging data and analytics to drive business outcomes.
