What are we looking for in our Merchandise Marketing Integration Coordinator?
Our client, a global entertainment conglomerate based in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Merchandise Marketing Integration Coordinator.

Location: Onsite in Kissimmee, FL (Mon-Thurs) with Remote Fridays
Pay Range: $21.00 -27.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Flexible Hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Job Overview:
The Merchandise Marketing Integration Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the procurement and delivery of merchandise samples, coordinating with multiple partners, and supporting marketing integration efforts across various channels. This role involves developing partnerships with key stakeholders, maintaining marketing assets, and assisting with various merchandising projects to drive product sell-through and enhance the brand’s market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the procurement and delivery of merchandise samples to partners, including Public Relations, Site Marketing, and Synergy teams. Assist with product showcase room setups as needed.
- Oversee the sample tracker, ensuring prioritized products are available for photo shoots, influencer campaigns, product unboxing, media events, and social media content creation.
- Compile and distribute weekly social media recaps.
- Identify and communicate key merchandise opportunities to marketing and commercialization partners.
- Collaborate with O&O merchandising teams to develop marketing initiatives that drive revenue.
- Maintain a library of marketing integration photos and ensure cross-category program names are cleared for marketing.
- Develop and foster partnerships with key stakeholders within TWDC.
- Facilitate bi-weekly O&O Merchandise Marketing Communications meetings, identifying opportunities for collaboration and ensuring message alignment.
- Collaborate with the Merchandise Manager to optimize seasonal product opportunities and avoid inventory liability.
- Assist with messaging for Owned & Operated (O&O) activations and support the Marketing Integration team to enhance brand perception.
- Provide support for key milestone meetings by developing presentation decks, briefs, and recaps.
- Stay informed on competitive environments and identify opportunities to differentiate product positioning.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising, product development, retail, visual merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong passion for retail and product development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal partners and external vendors.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Positive attitude, responsiveness to feedback, and willingness to pivot based on changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or Marketing.
