Contract Digitization Specialist

What are we looking for in our Contract Digitization Specialist?

Our client, a global Healthcare company, is seeking a Contract Digitization Specialist to work with the modification of contracts in addition to setting up contracts on the policy print system.

Pay Rate Range: $25.00 to $31.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Central time

Location: Possible Hybrid Schedule Ft Worth, TX

Duration: 11-month contract with an opportunity for permanent work for the right candidate!

Responsibilities:

• Works with the modification of contracts in addition to setting up contracts on the policy print system
• Work with Microsoft Word & adobe acrobat pro. 
• Converting forms from Microsoft .doc to Microsoft .docx
• Adding variable “tags” and signatures within a document
• Loading templates to COM360
• Creating workflow in COM360
• Testing and reviewing output
