What are we looking for in our Customer Support Representative?

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a REMOTE Customer Support Representative to work for our client in the tech industry. Apply now for consideration!

Contract: Nov 11, 2024 - Jan 31, 2025  

Location: REMOTE

Pay Range: 18-20/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure live operations meet a 0% error rate for health sector deliveries.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to delivery drivers and merchants to maintain quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues swiftly, handling merchant and dasher concerns with empathy and urgency.
  • Lead and execute workflows that achieve and maintain exceptional service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify patterns and issues, communicating insights to broader teams to optimize processes.
  • Cultivate deep expertise in new product functionalities, processes, systems, and tools.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for live operational issues, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborate with a small team dedicated to providing a seamless, high-quality service for the health sector initiative.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role within technology, hospitality, or healthcare sectors.
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and comfortable with various tech tools
