Russell Tobin's client, an American athletic footwear and apparel corporation company is hiring for Senior Merchandiser in Beaverton, OR on a 4 Month W2 Contract.

Employment Type: Contract/ Onsite

Location: Beaverton, OR

Pay rate: $37-$41/hr, DOE

Responsibilities:

• The nature of the work is focused on consumer insights, assortment planning, Go to Market, and product management activities.
• Acts as an expert in building Consumer Right Assortments for assigned category & location
• Briefs the product engine on the needs of the consumer for both the category/geography and upcoming trends
• May work across the product engines to ensure that product is being created with the retail end in mind
• Edits the product line for assigned location and category using both directed assortment and selecting the line outside of the global core product with a goal of meeting revenue targets
• Builds directed assortments that supports category vision, working with geographies with retail end in mind
• Analysis supporting key areas of management for the business
• Own global sample management and orders throughout the Consumer Code process
• Support the maintenance of key relationships between geography and cross-functional teammates
• Analysis of seasonal bookings and sell-through

Requirements:

• Team Play with Attention to Detail
• Indepth Knowledge of Consumer Marketing
• Must possess a solid understanding of Global Merchandising
• Must have the ability to Partner cross functionally to ensure system integrity and deadline adherence
