What are we looking for in our Product Launch Readiness PM (Program Manager II)?

Job Title: Program Manager Supply Chain

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months

Pay Range: $60-$65/h on DOE

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience leading execution in the areas of operations, supply chain, program and/or project management
  • Consistent record of leading diverse, complex projects, combined with the ability to execute tactical activities and tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and collaboration abilities
  • Confidence in managing and navigating ambiguity successfully
  • Demonstrated ability in business process re-engineering with an acute attention to detail and continuous Innovation
  • Excellent forward-thinking capabilities, able to see beyond the current state, proactively identifying risks/opportunities
  • Proven experience working optimally in a matrixed and global organization

Description:

Operations Readiness Program Managers should be driven, flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, and articulate problem solvers who can multi-task under dynamic timelines to meet product launch objectives, delivering timely solutions for custom requirements across a broad range of capabilities and customized offerings. You will evaluate supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate consumer impact, including ad-hoc analytical problem solving during unprecedented events. You will also identify process improvement/change management opportunities (tools, workstreams, systems) and drive solutions from conception through implementation, developing solutions directly or through partner teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Manage cross-organizational teams to roll out new products, systems, and solutions to market while

ensuring complete confidentiality; driving organizational, systems, and people readiness.

Own new product/systems/tool launch plans, providing updates on critical checkpoints and elevating risks to business partners and executive team.

Present, defend, and influence supply chain capability and technology roadmap to senior executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Develop/Provide inputs to time dependency models for key milestones, building contingency plans and knowing when to recommend changes and/or when to escalate.

Evaluate supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate consumer impact, including ad-hoc problem solving during unprecedented events.

Identify process improvement opportunities (tools, workstreams, systems) and drive solutions from conception through implementation.

Stitch across a global cross-functional teams throughout the supply chain, both technical and functional,

adjusting communication and messaging for intended audience/stakeholders.

Demonstrate and explain complex business plans/processes, systems, and/or tools with a focus on the upstream/downstream impact and relationship between multiple functions and/or decisions.

Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gain perspective on scalability, risk, and unique regional differences; drive best practices globally and strengthen harmony among integrations.

Develop and utilize analytical models to evaluate complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive critical business decisions.

Drive innovation opportunities within our supply chain aimed towards achieving Sustainability and eco-friendly goals of Carbon Neutrality throughout our supply chain by 2030Proficiency in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software development, enhancing problem-solving capabilities and project efficiency a plus.

Education & Experience

  • BA/BS Required. Ideally in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or
  • Management Information Systems, or relevant field.
  • MBA or Advanced Degree preferred.
  • Inventory Management or Merchandising experience a plus.
