What are we looking for in our Marketing Campaign Manager?
Marketing Campaign Manager – London – 12-month contract
We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager at a leading Asset Management company, to lead and deliver paid marketing campaigns for iShares. The role provides an opportunity to drive marketing initiatives.
The team is responsible for creating best in class paid and owned client experiences. The role will report into the Head of iShares Brand & Campaigns for EMEA and will be primarily focused on leading the Fixed Income and Equities/Thematics paid campaigns. Within this capacity, the individual will be independently responsible for leading the marketing strategy for the Fixed Income and Equities paid campaigns, and effectively delivering content assets against the plan. The role requires experienced campaign management, liaising with stakeholder to align with commercial priorities throughout the year, and creating content assets for social (LinkedIn), web, paid search and digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the campaign content strategy for Fixed Income and Equities, partnering with business stakeholders and marketing teams to determine priorities against the 2024 plan, and drive the 2025 marketing planning.
- Create paid channel content assets (LinkedIn, digital advertising, and paid search), aligning to the product segment narratives.
- Developing partnership with external agencies and internal teams for creation and approvals.
- Delivering campaign assets against media plans, with oversight across the product segment campaign media plans
- Developing effective web content: aligning to firmwide and produce segment messaging, considering SEO and customer journey from our paid assets through to our website and conversion points.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies: partner with our agency groups (translation houses, copywriters, media agencies & creative) in fulfilling deliverables as part of our media mix for markets.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the local country marketing managers, central EMEA marketing teams and Fixed Income and Equities segment teams.
Key Experience:
- 7+ years marketing campaign experience, ideally working across multiple markets and the required channels (LinkedIn, web, paid search, and digital advertising).
- Experience within the asset management industry and knowledge of ETFs
- Ability to work independently and effectively lead/deliver through-the-funnel campaigns.
- Writing marketing materials with excellent written English.
- Attention to detail and project management skills.
- Working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, driving key initiatives, and managing workflow on simultaneous projects.
