Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Pay: $22.00-$24.14/hour | Based on Experience

Duration: 6-week contract | Potential to Extend

Schedule: Monday – Friday // 40hrs/week

Location: Onsite - Mountain Lake, NJ

Duties:

The primary focus and scope of work for this position is collecting past due accounts receivable across EUROIMMUN US, IDS Inc, and Oxford Immunotec US businesses.

• Liaise with customers across EUROIMMUN US, IDS Inc, and Oxford Immunotec US businesses.
• Collaborate to collect past due accounts receivable.
• Transact payments in SAP B1 ERP system.
• Support and develop internal control processes and procedures.
• Analyze complex financial reports and records.
• Establish the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.

Education:
