Work Location: REMOTE - Local to Austin, TX (Travel required)
Pay Rate: $40-$50/hourly DOE
Schedule: 8am-5pm CST
Duration: 3-month contract

Seeking a Launch Specialist to travel across the country to onboard restaurant merchants and implement strategic programs that enhance the experience merchants have throughout their life cycle on our platform, as well as the efficiency of their onboarding.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working cross-functionally between the sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics teams to build a delightful experience for our merchants.
• Report to the Senior Manager, Product Ops, within our Platform Operations organization.
• Create and execute plans for merchant onboarding strategy, building a seamless onboarding experience that delights merchants.
• Implement programs across process, product, and people to move the numbers.
• Create merchant training materials to encourage staff understanding and adoption.
• Perform quality assurance testing to ensure full functionality of ordering site prior to launch.
• Train merchant staff on effectively using the platform.
• Identify opportunities to improve upon existing merchant workflows to encourage adoption and maximize revenue.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4-5 years of work experience in account management, systems implementation, customer support, or hospitality
• Able to complete tasks accurately, effectively and on time with superb attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for POS system transport
• Driven/led a successful (measured by adoption) business opportunity, developed process improvements, and enabled stakeholders on process changes.
• This position is partially remote, work from home and partially travel-based as you will be regularly traveling to merchant sites.
