Operations Analyst
What are we looking for in our Operations Analyst ?
Job Title: Operations Analyst
Location: Austin, TX 78727 (Hybrid schedule)
Duration: 5 Months plus
Pay Range: $45/hr -$55/hr on W2 (DOE)
Job Description:
- Strong knowledge of digital payments or partner management desired
- Support operations activities for partners in the areas of launch readiness, reporting/analytics, production support, and customer care.
- Engage autonomously with large cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Develop process documentation, streamline, and optimize processes effectively within the Apple culture.
- Influence decisions and organizational change through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach.
- Synthesize complex issues into a clear story and/or assess operational opportunities.
Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in a related field, such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or meaningful industry experience preferred
