Licensing & Credentialing Project Manager

What are we looking for in our Licensing & Credentialing Project Manager ?

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Licensing and Credentialing Project Manager to work for our client in the tech industry. Apply now for consideration!

Contract: 4 Months

Location: Cupertino, CA (HYBRID)

Pay Range: 64-69/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Manages projects with many work streams and tracks to project plan and schedules while working closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Manages relationships with multiple vendors to deliver on key project deliverables
• Analyse current project status and develops plans to achieve milestones and minimize risk
• Communicates regular status updates and escalates situations requiring team or leadership engagement to resolve
• Develops and fosters strong and collaborative cross functional relationships
• Other project requirements as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of project management and data analysis.
• 1+ year of licensing and credentialing.
• Excellent analytical skills; experience building project plans, process documentation, reporting in Excel/Numbers.
