What are we looking for in our Program Manager?

6+ month contract
Remote
$68-78/hr W2 DOE

The purpose of this team is to be accountable for onboarding and user adoption of our M365 services. Supporting all of the services, primarily focused in E3 and E5, also security, compliance, everything AI related, such as copilot.

  • Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: 
    50% data analytics
    15% PowerPoint creation and refinement
    20% stakeholder management and communication
    15% Projection collection

    Top Skills Required + Years of Experience
    1.) Minimum 8-10 years experience with Power BI
    2.) Minimum 8-10 years experience with Excel
    3.) Minimum 8-10 years experience with Azure development Ops

    Position Overview
    We are seeking an adept and dynamic Program Manager. The role involves supporting diverse programs within the Planning and Performance sphere including fiscal year capacity, budget, and OKR planning activities. This requires a blend of expertise in program management, stakeholder coordination, project management, and large-scale execution. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating multiple stakeholder environments and committed to achieving results through collaboration and strategic planning.

    Core Responsibilities:
    - Project manage and execute program initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
    - Establish and maintain effective communication channels, ensuring clear and consistent engagement with all stakeholders.
    - Drive program governance, including the oversight of key performance metrics and objectives. Ensure feedback loops are created.
    - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring on time execution of program deliverables.
    - Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement, utilizing insights from program analytics and stakeholder feedback.
    - Maintain program documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.

    Qualifications:
    - Proven track record in program management & project management, demonstrating successful delivery of complex initiatives.
    - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
    - Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power BI and Cloud solutions is highly desirable.
