Role Overview: Â
The Senior Endpoint Systems Engineer will be instrumental in designing, deploying, and supporting IT infrastructure and processes for user-facing endpoint technologies. Reporting to the Manager of Endpoint Systems Engineering, this role provides hands-on support to users and IT teams worldwide, ensuring optimal performance and security for all endpoints.
Key Responsibilities: Â
- Design, implement, and support enterprise platforms (SCCM, Citrix, Ivanti EPMM/MobileIron).
- Lead application packaging, deployment, and maintenance for global endpoints.
- Support and manage patching, vulnerability management, and endpoint security.
- Collaborate with IT teams on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Document, maintain, and update Firm standard PC images and software libraries.
- Research and recommend new software and hardware for end-user environments.
- Provide high-level support as a third-tier escalation point for technical issues.
- Lead endpoint projects, working closely with vendors and IT stakeholders.
- Participate in on-call support as needed.
Required Skills and Expertise: Â
- Scripting: Strong PowerShell expertise for deployment automation.
- Enterprise Tools: Advanced knowledge in SCCM/MECM, App-V, MSI, and Citrix.
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS (10 and Server), Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and Windows Group Policy.
- ITSM: Understanding of ITIL concepts and enterprise best practices.
- Security: Experience with modern security frameworks, DLP, and InfoSec fundamentals.
Preferred Qualifications: Â
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Certification.
- 7+ years of technical support experience in endpoint management and software packaging (MECM/SCCM).
Compensation: Â
- Salary Range: $103,300 - $134,200 annually, with a potential for bonuses based on individual and firm performance.
