Contract: May - Nov 2024
PR: 75-80/hr Depending on YOE
Hybrid in San Jose

Responsibilities

  • Approximately 50% collaboration & stakeholder management | 50% program review, tracking and driving the on-time deployment.
  • DX Campaign Operations main point of contact (POC) for stakeholders responsible for marketing campaigns starting in the global instance of Marketo, called Marketo Customer Zero (MCZ)
  • Focusing on North America Events and Webinars
  • Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns through coordination across demand generation, field and webinar marketing teams, vendor execution resources, and business systems to sales through CRM.
  • Manage and track the team’s creation of Marketo programs in MCZ.
  • Facilitate successful, on-time delivery of Marketo programs; align stakeholders and SMEs to create visibility and momentum for on-time program launch, including the identification of scope that varies with the standard processes and accommodation or modification of expectations as needed.
  • Ensure the agreed tracking elements for reporting are included in each build, the Quality Assurance (QA) process is being followed and completed, and act as the final approver and activator of all related programs in MCZ.
  • Manage the lifecycle of each Workfront ticket used to track each program.
  • Identify needs for improvement in processes including QA and Worfront work management processes.
  • Define training and enablement programs and collateral to support Marketing stakeholders adopting new tech / features.
Requirements 
  • 2+ years of Marketo experience in two or more Marketo instances; Marketo Certified Expert preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce supporting Marketing teams
  • Experience reviewing and editing CSS and HTML
  • Impeccable attention to detail and quality oriented
  • Experience prioritizing multiple requests
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptable to a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to adjust quickly to change and adapt as needed
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with others
  • Ability to anticipate problems and act proactively
  • Knowledge of demand generation and/or account-based marketing tactics
  • Knowledge of and marketing metrics reporting
