Financial Analyst II
What are we looking for in our Financial Analyst II?
Our client, a global technology company based in CA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst on a hybrid basis (3 days per week).
Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94085
W2 (Non-Exempt) Contract
Pay: $45.00-$51.00/hr. DOE.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel skills, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The analyst will be responsible for the annual financial business planning and forecasting and will work with cross-functional teams to achieve the division’s financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team with cross-functional members to develop a financially sound business plan.
- Manage operating expenses and headcount to budget and understand/communicate the key drivers to y/y and q/q growth.
- Develop well thought out forecasts and variance analyses. - Produce timely and relevant reports and analyses to help senior management make well-informed decisions.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting and business commentary for Sales FP&A.
- Continuously improve processes.
- Other ad-hoc analyses.
