Location: Onsite, Beaverton, OR 97005

Pay Range: $44-48/hour DOE

Hours Per Week: 40 (Nonexempt)

Job Description:

The Product Management - Intermediate role focuses on the appearance and management of product, communications, and collateral materials for global apparel, specifically Kids.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams by setting clear expectations and driving collaboration.
• Oversee merchandising and product creation for multiple businesses.
• Manage product development processes and make business decisions in alignment with strategic goals.
• Ensure systems and business processes are optimized for product creation.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Director and a team of 4 to manage global apparel operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience specifically in merchandising and/or product creation.
• Proven ability to lead a team overseeing multiple businesses.
• Strong understanding of business processes and decision-making frameworks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in ambiguous situations, with a positive and flexible approach.
• Experience in apparel is highly preferred.
