Measurement Operations Specialist
What are we looking for in our Measurement Operations Specialist?
Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Measurement Operations Specialist to work for our client in the tech industry. Apply now for consideration!
Contract: 1 Year
Location: Remote in US (EST preferred)
Pay Range: $30-40/hour DOE
Overview:
This person will be responsible for driving pipeline visibility and opportunity management on Salesforce, taking insights from data sets to enable partner-facing teams to make analytically-driven strategic decisions to drive business results.
Responsibilities:
- Drive channel pipeline visibility across the entire sales funnel through managing salesforce opportunities coming from partners.
- Interact with partners and internal sales teams to provide data driven recommendations to streamline processes and increase sales efficiency.
- Assist in organizing and streamlining regular communications to partners and internal teams on business performance
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced cost and time impacts
- Develop insights from salesforce data and dashboards for partner and internal teams.
- Extract insights from large data sets and communicate recommendations to varied audiences including high-level management.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and connect the dots between teams to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and collaboration.
- Collaborate with Monetization Partnerships leaders, Sales, Programs, Operations and other internal stakeholders on key business initiatives and special projects.
- Manage database updates based on stakeholder requests.
- Be the partner champion.
Qualifications
- Spanish fluency, preferred
- Experience in channel sales organizations with enterprise SaaS businesses
- Experience managing pipeline through Salesforce in enterprise sales motions.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, strategic planning, and/or business operations.
- Work independently supporting operational tasks. Interact with cross functional partners and unblock tasks.
- A strong communicator with experience sharing insights to varied audiences and senior management internally and externally
- Passionate about problem-solving and going deep into an issue
- A self-starter with a track record of taking initiative
