Contract Duration: Sep 30, 2024 - Dec 29, 2025 | may extend/convert
Pay: $68 - $78 per hour
Job Overview:
The Product Marketing Manager will support subscription growth for Bundles, a key strategic priority for our client. This individual will lead strategic growth initiatives from end-to-end – from identifying opportunity areas to drive growth based on extensive analysis, to working with product and marketing channel teams to execute the initiatives, and ultimately iterating on the strategy based on actual performance.
Working for the Bundle Product Marketing team, this individual will be required to successfully navigate and coordinate across multiple cross-functional stakeholders to ensure holistic alignment. We’re looking for an analytical and collaborative strategic thinker to help define how we stand out in an increasingly crowded marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Bundle product marketing strategies to accelerate subscriber growth
- Conduct competitive marketing research and analysis to guide overarching Bundle strategy – in partnership with key product, UX, and marketing research teams
- Bridge insights, research, and competitive landscape research to identify white space opportunity areas
- Develop strategies to maximize net-new subscriber acquisition along with tailored upgrade strategies
- Partner with finance, legal, and operational teams to validate & refine growth recommendations
- Ensure executive buy-in with robust presentations
- Support ad-hoc deck creation to showcase new plans, strategic initiatives, or to facilitate key decision making
- Supporting on-going reporting, monthly business reviews, and quarterly business updates
- Support development of centralized information hub for various stakeholder teams: Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- College degree required
- Rich product marketing experience developing growth ideas
- Comfort with Excel and experience with digital reporting tools
- Highly organized project management skills
- Extremely effective communicator, presenter, influencer
- Experience creating executive-level presentations with limited supervision - with in-depth experience in Google slides
- Ability to work autonomously, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities
- Able to get your foot in the door across the organization to influence cross-functional teams
