Project Manager
What are we looking for in our Project Manager ?
Project Manager, Merchant Experience - Launch Team
Pay Rate: 50 - 55/hr (depending on YOE)
Contract: Oct - Dec 2024
Location Preferences:
- Preferred: New York City, San Francisco
- Open To: Denver, Chicago, Phoenix, Austin
- Primarily remote, with occasional onsite requirements at a corporate office
- Up to 10% travel for launches across the US
Responsibilities:
- Merchant Onboarding Strategy: Develop and execute plans to streamline and enhance the onboarding experience for merchants, ensuring a seamless and delightful process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate between sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics teams to align goals and deliver successful merchant launches.
- Merchant Training & Adoption: Create training materials and lead onboarding sessions for merchant staff to ensure full understanding and effective use of the Bbot platform.
- Quality Assurance: Perform testing on ordering sites to confirm full functionality prior to launch, identifying and addressing any issues that could impact the user experience.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for improving merchant workflows, optimizing processes for revenue growth and better adoption.
- Bbot Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the Bbot product and its integrations to provide expert guidance and support to merchants.
- Project Execution & Reporting: Manage internal and external communication, track milestones, and deliver timely updates on merchant launch progress.
- Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment: React to changes and challenges in a dynamic work environment, driving immediate results.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 4-5 years of experience in project management or account management roles.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to complete tasks with high accuracy and efficiency while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience working across various teams and departments to achieve shared goals.
- Customer Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with both external merchants and internal stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Experience in driving successful business initiatives, improving processes, and influencing stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an evolving work environment, with a proactive approach to identifying solutions and shaping business direction.
