Job Title: FX Documentation & Onboarding Analyst

Location: Boston, MA 02210, United States
Type: Contract 
Pay Range: $35.00-$37.00/hour 
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in the office
Hours: 40 hours per week

Overview: 
As a vital member of Foreign Exchange (“FX”) business in a respectable company at the Financial Industry, the FX Documentation & Onboarding Analyst plays a crucial role in facilitating the negotiation of legal documentation with both new and existing clients. While legal expertise is beneficial, this position is not strictly legal in nature. The ideal candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely approvals from credit, risk, capacity, and legal teams, contributing to the efficiency and success of the FX operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, focusing on trading documentation, credit, capacity, licensing, and Know Your Customer (“KYC”) reviews.
- Support the maintenance of Onboarding Procedures, Policies, and Guides.
- Oversee document retention within the group.
- Coordinate meeting arrangements, maintain client onboarding trackers, task lists, and proofread legal documents.
- Enhance productivity by reviewing and optimizing processes, systems, and structures to expedite contract finalization.

Note:
While a background in KYC or legal training is advantageous, candidates from diverse backgrounds with relevant skills and a passion for FX operations are encouraged to apply.
