What are we looking for in our Beyond Trust Architect?

Architect/SME - London (Remote) - Contract - £600 – £650 /Day – 3 months Contract (Possible extension)

Role Responsibilities:
This position is for a BeyondTrust Architect/Implementation SME to join a Digital Identity team delivering a PAM solution
to a secure customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation:

- Architect, design, and deploy Beyond Trust PAM solutions to meet the organization's security requirements
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, HLDs and LLDs, as well as other in-scope documentation Work
closely with the client including workshops, consultation sessions and interfacing with their counterpart
cybersecurity specialist
Administration and Support:
- Support the transition of the solution into a live state Create documentation to support the Operations Team,
including run books, debugging guides, and other supporting documentation
Security and Compliance:
- Implement security best practices and policies related to privileged access management
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external
regulations
- Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to provide necessary documentation and reports
Collaboration and Training:
- Work closely with IT, security, and development teams to align PAM solutions with the client's business
requirements
- Develop and deliver training documentation for IT staff and end-users on PAM best practices and usage
Participate in incident response activities and provide expertise in handling privileged access-related
incidents during transition to live service
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with industry trends, threats, and technologies related to PAM and cybersecurity.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and security of PAM solutions
- Lead and participate in PAM-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications: Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Master's degree
preferred.

Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in IT security, with a focus on identity and access management.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Beyond Trust PAM solutions, specifically in Architectural-leaning roles
- Proven experience in designing and implementing PAM architectures in large enterprise environments

Skills:
- Deep understanding of PAM principles and best practices
- Strong knowledge of Beyond Trust PAM suite, including Password Safe and Privilege Management
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP) ○ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Certifications:
- Relevant certifications such as Beyond Trust Certified Implementation Engineer, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
