What are we looking for in our Personal Injury PARALEGAL ?
Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal
Location: Newark, New Jersey -07012
Job Description: As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team in all aspects of personal injury cases.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, gathering and organizing evidence, and conducting legal research.
- Communicating with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
- Managing case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, organized, and up-to-date.
- Coordinating with medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties to obtain necessary information and documents.
- Assisting with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification preferred.
- Previous experience working in personal injury law or a related field.
