Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking Benefits Content Configuration Specialist for one of our top healthcare clients! The Benefits Content Configuration Specialist is responsible for compliant and timely benefit data validation of the Certificate of Coverage.

Location: Remote

Pay: $30-$34/hr. DOE

Schedule: M-F 9:00a-5:00p

Responsibilities for this position:

• Overall provide benefit data validation/business control of the Certificate of Coverage (COC) using various systems/tools and/or source documents.
• Attend internal team calls
• Monitor plan prioritization and shift work assignment as needed.
• Track defects and regression test defect corrections.

Required Skills/Attributes:

• Accurate keyboarding: Proficient and precise typing skills.
• Using multiple resources for content validation: Experience cross-referencing various sources to ensure accuracy of information.
• Screen toggling: Ability to efficiently navigate and switch between multiple screens or systems of information.
• Attention to detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in work.
• Driven to meet/exceed goals: Motivated to achieve and surpass performance targets.
• Ability to prioritize work independently: Capable of managing and organizing tasks without direct supervision.
