Employment Type: Contract/Remote
Pay rate: $16- $20/hr, DOE
Responsibilities:
- Telephone customer service
- Scheduling medical appointments
- Follow workflow tools, enter data as required, accurately
- Adhere to scheduled hours
- Participate as part of a team, engaged and actively supporting the enviornment
- Staff supporting this team will engage with customers of client who need to schedule an appointment with a provider.
- Staff will be required to assist customers, use EPIC software and follow workflow tools.
Requirements:
- Highschool/GED or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service background
- Bilingual Spanish
Nice to have:
- Scheduling medical appointments (1 year)
