Our client is looking for several Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative to join their team with one of the largest healthcare corporations remotely. 

Location: REMOTE
Contract: 1 year
Pay Rate: $17.50-$20.00 /hr

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Care Representative, you will respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels including telephone, e-mail, web chat and digital channels (including online, mobile & IVR) in a cross functional Contact Center. This person will be responsible for:

• Telephone customer service
• Scheduling medical appointments
• Follow scripting tools, enter data as required, accurately 
• Adhere to scheduled hours

• 2 years of customer service background or medical scheduling
• Must be bilingual English and Spanish 
• Friendly and compassionate
• Detail oriented
• Follow scripting/directions/schedule
