Structural Engineering Lead
What are we looking for in our Structural Engineering Lead?
Russell Tobin is working with an internationally leading AEC firm to add to their growing team! We are looking for an experienced individual to lead the Structural Engineering Team out of the LA or SF office. This is a permanent/direct hire role that offers a competitive salary, a worldwide network of support, and strong benefits (including a hybrid work environment).
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and championing team strategy to achieve business targets and brand goals
- Supporting long-term strategy and growth of multi-discipline engineering work in the region
- Strengthening client and collaborator relationships through external engagement
- Maintaining high standards of project delivery and client care
- Setting KPIs aligned with regional strategy and fostering Buro Happold's reputation as a leader in structural engineering
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record of client engagement and network building in California
- 15+ years of experience with a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering
- Licensed California SE
- Strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and lead in challenging situations
This role offers competitive salary ranging ($140k-$180k Associate Principal, $190k-$260k Principal), generous benefits, annual bonuses, ample PTO, 401k with company match, hybrid working options, and professional development opportunities.
Rate/Salary: $140,000-$260,000/year
