What are we looking for in our Equity Admin I?
Our client, a global company is seeking an Equity Administrator Level I.
Location: San Francisco, CA 94107
Long Term Contract
Pay: $28-$33/hr. DOE
Duties:
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to administer equity compensation plans, including equity grants, option exercises, RS releases, employee demographic updates and equity education.
- Handle daily exercises.
- Assist with monthly RSU releases.
- Responsible for responding to all employee inquiries email alias.
- Assist with month-end close process.
- Help lead companywide equity communications & trainings.
- Maintain equity wiki page to ensure content is relevant and informative.
- Maintain SOX Compliance and assist with quarterly testing/audits by internal and external teams.
- Ad Hoc duties as needed.
Skill Sets:
- 1-2 years of public company equity plan administration experience, including reporting, reconciliations and SOX compliance.
- Experience managing a third-party outsourced stock administration system (Charles Schwab EquiView preferred)
- Proficient in Excel including VLOOKUP's and Pivot tables.
- Proficient with Google product suite
- Advanced analytical ability, attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of many different types of equity awards and public company equity programs, across multiple jurisdictions
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or in the process of obtaining.

CEP - Certified Equity Professional.
Rate/Salary: $28-$33/hr. DOE
