Russell Tobin's client, one of the largest banks in the United States, is hiring an Account Processor in St. Paul, MN.

Job Title: Account Processor
Salary: $23 - $26.99 /hour
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: St. Paul, MN 55107

Position Overview:
Join our Account Services Phone Team and play a vital role in supporting our financial advisors and associates. This position involves handling inbound calls and performing essential document processing and record-keeping tasks related to customer accounts. If you have a background in the finance sector and enjoy providing top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from financial advisors and associates.
• Enter new account information and update existing accounts.
• Record transactions and answer customer inquiries.
• Receive, classify, and summarize documents and information.
• Complete reports and provide administrative support.
• Resolve customer problems and respond to requests for information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in a related field (preferred in finance).
• Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
