Job Title: Bilingual Brand Representative - Spanish

Job Overview:
Our client, a leading outdoor recreational vehicle manufacturer is seeking a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Brand Representative for an immediate start at their Bass Creek, MN location. This hybrid role (on-site Tuesdays and Thursdays, remote Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) is ideal for local candidates passionate about customer experience and fluent in both English and Spanish. This is a 6-month contract with the potential for extension or converstion.

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 months (Contract to hire)
Location: Bass Creek, MN (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $25 - $29 / hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm
Training: First 3-4 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Job Summary:
The Bilingual Brand Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to products and systems. The role is key in building relationships with current and prospective customers by providing product expertise, resolving concerns, and enhancing brand loyalty.

The Brand Representative plays a vital role both before and after the customer’s purchase, ensuring a high-touch, personalized experience. This individual will build rapport, listen, problem-solve, and ensure transparency throughout all customer interactions.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Case Ownership:
    • Engage with customers in a personalized manner, tailoring conversations to their specific needs.
    • Manage cases and follow up with customers as needed.
    • Provide expertise on various products, including parts, accessories, and apparel.
    • Collaborate with dealerships to facilitate repairs and build brand loyalty.
  • Internal/External Voice of the Customer:
    • Proactively reach out to customers who have provided negative feedback, addressing their concerns.
    • Serve as a brand champion, fostering communication with both existing and potential customers.
    • Represent customer feedback within various internal teams to improve product offerings and services.

Skills, Knowledge & Education:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Minimum 2-year degree, 4-year degree preferred
  • 3+ years of B2C experience (Powersports or automotive dealership experience preferred)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong decision-making and negotiating abilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and CRM systems (experience with Microsoft CRM365 preferred)
  • Powersports enthusiast preferred
