W2 contract duration: 12 months (Contract to hire)

Pay rate: $21-$22/hr. 

Role Info:

We work with several computer programs to coordinate the business process from receiving the application to issuing the policy.  We also work closely with the underwriters and internal teams who evaluate each application. 

Responsibilities:

The focus of this role would be to make outbound calls to other carriers to obtain status updates on pending payments.

Other responsibilities include:

• Accurately entering data and clarifying or obtaining additional information as needed.
• Independently and efficiently prioritize work tasks to meet daily production goals and customer needs.
• Complete required training, and successfully implement new workflows with a high rate of accuracy.
• Evaluate and communicate individual workload. Participate in a strong teamwork environment that frequently requires shifting workload between team members in order to meet daily deadlines.
