What are we looking for in our Marketing Strategy Lead?

Job Title: Senior Manager, Multicultural & Inclusive Solutions
Location: New York, NY 10013
Duration: Sep 2024 - May 2025
Pay: $55-$63/hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic, authentic and creative marketing strategies that help our clients connect with diverse audiences building from existing cultural moments (i.e., Oscars, ESPY’s, etc.), new franchise development (i.e., content initiatives/platforms), and new product creation/facilitation
  • Leverage research and insights to ensure that our ideas and campaigns are rooted in data with a deep awareness of the cultural values of each audience segment
  • Ensure we have outcome-based measurement associated with key programs and opportunities; working with the Research team to facilitate and report out
  • Lead execution of MC&I Purposeful Initiatives (i.e. Project Elevate) in partnership with necessary stakeholders
  • Partner with Sales to ensure tracking of all solutions, executions, and budget management
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in multicultural and inclusive marketing; sharing that expertise with Streaming, Sports, Entertainment & Local Brand Solutions, Creative Works, Client Connect, Category Strategy, Sales Communications and other teams to ensure that our work is culturally relevant and inclusive to all diverse audiences
  • Support Learning & Development to build MC&I related training courses
  • Work closely with our brand leaders to identify & create new brand moments and tentpoles that can drive revenue, relevancy, and resonance
  • Manage the Company's Advertising relationship with Translation|UnitedMasters
  • Partner with Sales leads to attend client meetings to help sell through MC&I ideas/proposals
  • Accelerate relationships and partnerships with trade organizations, agencies and other vendors who specialize in multicultural & inclusive marketing
Required Experience:
  • 8+ years’ experience in media and marketing
  • Experience interfacing with high level executives, clients, agencies, and other key partners
  • Demonstrated skill at developing solutions targeting multicultural audiences
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skill
  • Proficient in all digital media as well as Microsoft office and comparable programs
Education, Skills & Capabilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum. Preferably a degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Technology or related field. Advanced degree a plus
  • Recognized for industry leadership (emphasis in multicultural & inclusive audiences and marketing)
  • Well-established reputation in the marketplace for delivering accelerated revenue growth
  • Be willing to take risks to ensure creative thinking and the best outcomes possible
  • Able to create solutions working across multiple teams and deal with ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and bring projects to successful execution on time and on budget
  • Ability to travel based on business needs
