Sr. Financial Analyst
What are we looking for in our Sr. Financial Analyst?
Our client, a global company is seeking a Senior Finance/Accounting Analyst.
Location: Glendale, CA 91201 – Hybrid Work.
Duration: 3-6+ Months Contract with extensions
Pay: $80-$99/hr. DOE
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years in accounting, auditing, or finance positions of increasing responsibility (including public accounting) preferably with a large multi-national company or Big 4 accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of general accounting and close process.
- Experience with SEC filings, entertainment industry experience, SAP and consolidations systems experience
- Entertainment industry experience a plus.
Duties:
- Consolidate and analyse quarterly enterprise representation letter segment submissions.
- Assist with preparation and review of the press release and 10K & 10Q reports.
- Assist with preparation of Income Statement deliverables.
- Preparation and analysis of various financial statement footnote disclosures including disclosures for revenue recognition footnote.
- Prepare quarterly and annual government reports and ensure timely submission thereof to various government agencies.
- Lead/execute various ad hoc analyses
Required education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- CPA – Preferred.
