Content Specialist
What are we looking for in our Content Specialist?
A worldwide ride-hailing company is looking to hire a PART TIME CONTENT SPECIALIST (30 HOURS A WEEK)!
Contract: 1 year
Location: Remote
Pay: $40-45/ hourly
The primary responsibilities of this role include overseeing and streamlining the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, alongside the creation and upkeep of external content, including marketing collateral and blog posts. This position plays a pivotal role in collaborating with transit agencies, cities, and public institutions to enhance the accessibility and scope of public transportation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- RFP Management
- Lead and coordinate the entire RFP process from start to finish
- Maintain relevant responses and templates
- Ensure timely submissions of RFPs
- Continuously improve RFP content based on feedback and industry best practices
- Track new opportunities
- External content creation and management
- Craft engaging and informative marketing collaterals that speak to transit agencies, cities, and public institution and their riders, including rider guides, brochures, blog posts, and presentations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content consists with brand guidelines and marketing strategies
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 - 2 years of proposal and content development experience
- Process-oriented mindset and critical thinking
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
- Highly motivated self-starter, with an eagerness to learn and grow, and you are receptive to feedback
- Knowledge of writing and publishing tools (Google Docs, Grammarly, ChatGPT, Adobe Acrobat, and WordPress)
- Knowledge of design tools is a plus (Adobe Illustrator)
- Experience with public transportation is a plus
