HR Generalist
What are we looking for in our HR Generalist?
American multinational technology company is looking to hire a contract HR Generalist!
Location: Bellevue, WA- 3 days a week onsite
Pay: $30-40/ hourly- depending on experience
Contract: 6 Months
Responsibilities
- Designs and administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas.
- Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management.
- Oversees and establishes procedures for paperwork completion for functional area.
- Prepares internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Has the ability to support global operations business and run WW talent programs.
- Has a Strong ability to manage high-impact HR programs to support business including stakeholder management and change management.
- Has the ability to foresee priorities for the organization and coach leaders to enhance employee experience.
Requirements
- Leading global programs
- Acumen to understand differences in impact – Americas, India, etc
- 5-8 years’ experience in HR generalist
- Relevant experience in supporting operations group (AI, tech, customer service)
- Looking for out of box thinker, capable to change mindset and learn and adapt, younger in industry
- Flavor of HRBP and program management – not necessarily in title but project
- Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel
- Analytical ability
- Lead large scale programs
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s in HR
