What are we looking for in our Sales Operations Admin?

Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking Sales Operations Admin for one of our top healthcare clients!

Location: REMOTE

Pay: $30-$32/hr. DOE

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrative Assistant to support our brokers, sales, and account management teams. This role involves handling various administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing the efficiency of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Management: Fulfill requests from brokers and internal teams by providing necessary documents such as summaries, Summary of Benefits (SBC), Certificate of Coverage (contracts), and other member materials.

E-Kit and Hard Copy Kit Distribution: Prepare and send e-kits for groups, order and deliver hard copy kits to customers, and ensure timely follow-up with employers after they are installed as new business.

Data Management: Send follow-up data to employers post-installation and ensure all records are accurately maintained.

Team Support: Work closely with the Sales Operations Admin, particularly during the busy fourth quarter, to ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

General Administrative Tasks: Assist with other administrative duties as required to support the sales and account management teams.

Team and Work Environment:

Team Composition: You will be part of a dynamic team consisting of 12 sales and account management members.

Culture: Our team operates in a fast-paced but fun environment, where team members are welcoming and appreciative of the support staff.

Qualifications:

  •  A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales support, office support, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience.
  • The ideal candidate is someone with a background in sales support or office administration, who is adept at handling multiple tasks, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. They should be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong organizational skills.
