What are we looking for in our Programmatic Consultant?
Programmatic Consultant
Contract: May - Dec 2024
PR: 58-64/hr (depending on YOE)
Location: New York, NY, San Francisco, CA, or Chicago IL.
In this role as a SVT Programmatic Consultant, you will support Advertising business by collaborating with our Strategic Vertical Sales team to enable PG & PMP activations across the rider app, focusing on our flagship Journey Ad Product. This role will live within our Revenue Operations team and aims to support all Non-Endemic advertisers testing and enabling programmatic demand thru Google Ad Manager & working across various DSP platforms. Working hand-in-hand with Client Partners and PG enablement team, this role will be the primary
Operations advisor in client-facing strategy calls, responsible for highlighting data-driven insights, and guiding both internal & external clients on campaign set-up, management and optimization best practices.
Role Details
- Partner with Client Partners and PG Enablement team to assist with planning, strategizing and troubleshooting PG & PMP deal executions.
- Analyze campaign reporting, performance and metrics, highlighting revenue-scaling recommendations that align with KPIs.
- Oversee campaign performance, delivery, and benchmarks, contributing to consistent revenue investments from advertisers.
- Onboard new advertisers, creating and sharing training materials + documentation.
- Work cross functionally with Product, Engineering, and the Programmatic Enablement teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of overall professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Programmatic landscape - experience working directly with Advertisers with managed service experience.
- Analyzing and interpreting data - comfortable with data crunching and developing a narrative from campaign details and analysis.
- Advanced DSP experience primarily in TTD, Yahoo, and DV360
- Advanced client-facing oral and written communication skills.
- Problem solver with strong project and time management skills.
- Adequate understanding of Programmatic Ad Operations and campaign management.
- Previous management experience would be preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with XFN stakeholders
- 4+ years of programmatic advertising operations experience
- 2+ years of working with Non-Endemic advertisers
- 1+ years of working within a DV360 platform
- Proactive self-starter who is adaptable and nimble in companys fast-growing advertising business
