Title: Sr. UI/UX Designer

Duration: 6 Months

Duties:   

Are you passionate about creating product experiences that users and customers will love? Do you have the superpower of putting yourself in their shoes and understanding their needs? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Experience Design (XD) team. As a part of this team, you will work with other talented designers who have diverse skills and backgrounds, such as Design Systems, UX Design, Visual Design, UI Design, Content Design, Interaction Design, and more. You will use your creativity and expertise to design solutions that are user-centered, accessible, and beautiful. You will also collaborate with other stakeholders and share your design approach and vision. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on how people work around the world.

Skills:   

• 5+ years of relevant design experience.
• An inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered, design solutions based on human-centered design and research data.
• Strong experience working with design tools to create comprehensive low-fidelity and high-fidelity solutions and specifications that enforce consistency, usability, and accessibility as a part of a larger system of products.
• A growth mindset, continually strengthening core skills through complex assignments and varied experience.
• Ability to build trusting relationships through clear and proper communication.
• Understanding of mobile-first design, adaptive design, and native design, and can create with these unique devices and viewports in mind.
• Frequently and actively solicits feedback and respectfully and constructively challenges peers and stakeholders to refine ideas, strategies, and approaches.
• Independently and appropriately adjusts own work as priorities and approaches change.
• Models’ cooperation and respect among team members.
• Continues strengthening core discipline skills through increasingly complex assignments and continued accumulation of varied experience, demonstrating general expertise in their discipline.
• Exhibits strong self-awareness of how words and actions may impact others and uses that awareness to minimize misunderstandings, conflicts, or perceptions of bias.
• Delivers innovative and compelling end-to-end product designs for complex user journeys and product features.

Education:   

Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Visual Design, HCI, or a related field. A working experience of the equivalent is also acceptable for the position.
