Operations Analyst

What are we looking for in our Operations Analyst?

Our client, a delivery service and technology organization, is seeking an Operations Support Analyst to join their Merchant Experience team! This organization is revolutionizing instant delivery and making dining locally or ordering a treat effortless!

Working in this sector means delivering on all possibilities, not just for customers, but for merchants trying to grow their business and for delivery people searching for earnings opportunities. The Merchant Experience team aims to provide a fantastic experience for all merchants on the platform.

Pay Rate: $28-42/hour based on experience level

Contract Term: 6-months+

Location: 100% remote to US based candidates

What You'll Do:

• Create external and internal business reports through investigating data trends, aligning with KPIs, consulting cross-functionally, and writing and optimizing SQL queries
• Investigate and resolve internal and external escalations across SMB and Enterprise segments
• Monitor and maintain day-to-day processes to effectively scale operations across our merchant partners
• Analyze feedback as an opportunity to improve internal processes and customer satisfaction through data exploration and impact sizing
• Create external communications with the marketing teams
• Work with content teams to update and maintain internal policies/educational materials
• Work on ad-hoc projects to improve menu quality / hygiene, POS, and alcohol processes

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional work experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, Google Data Studio
• Intermediate SQL skills
• Intermediate Excel skills
