Job Title: Global Retail Concepts Coordinator

Location: Boston, MA

Job Type: Contract, W2

Duration: 1- Year

Pay Rate: $40-45.77 /hour Based on YOE

Summary: Russell Tobin is seeking a Global Retail Concepts Coordinator to operationalize Global Retail Concept designs and strategies. The Coordinator will work with cross-functional partners to gather inputs and requirements, build a strategic approach for design execution within financial guardrails, and drive the Concept from design to launch.

The role includes spatial planning of fixtures in retail spaces for maximum productivity and ease of consumer journey, as well as managing budgets and communicating across functions.

Responsibilities:

• Operationalize Global Retail Concept designs and strategies
• Gather inputs and requirements from cross-functional partners
• Build a strategic approach for design execution within financial guardrails
• Drive the Concept from design to launch
• Spatial planning of fixtures in retail spaces for maximum productivity and ease of consumer journey
• Manage budgets (Retail-specific preferred)
• Communicate effectively across functions
• Evaluate Concept designs for efficiencies and opportunities within Brand standards and Financial Guardrails
• Support pilot projects, including New Concept development, New Concept launch, Remodels, and Floor Plan Reviews
• Integrate Spatial Design of fixtures in rendered spaces
• Develop an operational guide for executing new Concepts, including Strategic Approach and Process, Buildout Cost Philosophy/Projected Buildout Calculator, Global Materials Catalog, and Financial Guardrails Guidance

Skills/Experience Required:

• Project and Time Management
• Construction Knowledge/Background (Retail-specific preferred)
• Fixture/Furniture Development & Design Experience
• Budget management (Retail-specific preferred)
• Cross Functional Communication
• Spatial planning of fixtures in retail spaces for maximum productivity and ease of consumer journey
• Proficiency in Sketchup and Smartsheet
