Position: HR Program Manager
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+ months with possible extension
Pay rate: $40-42.00/hr on W2

Responsibilities:
- This role will be responsible for supporting key HR Service Delivery initiatives, focused on delivering a self service experience for employees and reducing HR ticket volume. Specifically:
- Gen AI pilot: Partner with the People Tech team and HRSD program manager to create the scope and requirements for our Gen AI pilot.
- This pilot would be focused on testing Gen AI technology for answering common employee HR questions.
- Support the creation of the scope and business requirements and review employee HR ticket data and content for pilot.
- Build and roll out an enablement plan for agents and employees.
- Create a testing plan and test AI answers.
- Collect and synthesize feedback, and partner with tech on updates to product
- HR service inventory revamp: Partner with our COE teams to streamline and revamp our services and catalog items, especially with our newly implemented case type. Review HR case data, conduct services reviews with COE teams, adjust our HR service categorization, make recommendations to ensure accuracy of case type data.
- Review HR services fulfillment instruction and catalog request with COE, make recommendations and work with tech team to: Update fulfillment instruction in agent workspace to ensure efficient resolution.
- Update catalog request form to ensure efficient routing and capture employee requests upfront to reduce time
- Conduct analysis on our email volume and alumni cases and recommend solutions to deflect email volume.
Required Experience:
- Program management, project planning, training and enablement.
- Tech industry but flexible on the industry
- 4-5 years HR experience.
