Sr. Product Designer
What are we looking for in our Sr. Product Designer?
The Information Technology team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a top organization that has an opening for a remote Sr. Product Designer.
100% Remote
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm PST
Pay Rate Range: $50 - $60/hour W2, based on experience
Duration: 9 months contract
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience with Figma proficiency with component libraries.
- Minimum 2 years experience with Figma.
- Minimum 2 years of planning and executing end-to-end product design.
Systematically work through a prioritized list of projects to complete CELA/compliance-approved and Fluent-aligned designs and deliver to collaborative partners for implementation (can include Engineering, PM, Design, etc.)
Qualifications
- Has worked closely with multiple stakeholders to arrive at a solution.
- Managed moments of ambiguity as global compliance regulations often are updated and the new solution requires coordination between multiple teams (which is facilitated by their PM partners). Good communication skills are an absolute must.
- Job satisfaction will be measured by their ability to swiftly complete tasks by set deadlines that leads to successful implementation to the benefit of our customers.
