The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a world-class pharmaceutical organization that has an opening for Associate Inventory Support Specialist near Collegeville, PA!
Description:
The Associate Inventory Specialist - Materials Management provides crucial support to scientists by facilitating bulk deliveries and material transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package goods for national and international shipping.
- Manage inventory of bulk reagents, ensuring control of chemicals.
- Conduct quality control testing using customer systems.
- Sample materials and perform raw material acceptance testing.
- Receive, check, and track materials into and out of laboratories using customer systems.
- Collect and transfer waste to central area.
- Generate and analyze inventory usage reports.
- Organize warehouse chemicals based on frequency of use.
Requirements:
- B.S Chemistry preferably with 2 years experience
- 1-2 years experience (job experience - analytical lab)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift operator certification.
- Knowledge of supply chain management.

Box truck driving experience
Additional Details:
- Onsite position
- Position type: Contract with possible conversion
- Pay rate: $23-$24/hr depending on experience
