Description:

The Associate Inventory Specialist - Materials Management provides crucial support to scientists by facilitating bulk deliveries and material transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package goods for national and international shipping.
• Manage inventory of bulk reagents, ensuring control of chemicals.
• Conduct quality control testing using customer systems.
• Sample materials and perform raw material acceptance testing.
• Receive, check, and track materials into and out of laboratories using customer systems.
• Collect and transfer waste to central area.
• Generate and analyze inventory usage reports.
• Organize warehouse chemicals based on frequency of use.

Requirements:

• B.S Chemistry preferably with 2 years experience 
• 1-2 years experience (job experience - analytical lab) 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift operator certification.
• Knowledge of supply chain management.
• Box truck driving experience

• Onsite position
• Position type: Contract with possible conversion
• Pay rate: $23-$24/hr depending on experience
