Position Overview:
Are you passionate about finance and eager to embark on a challenging yet rewarding career in loan operations? We're seeking a talented individual to join our Loans Middle Office team as a Global Banking & Markets - Loans Operations Analyst. In this role, you'll support the closing of Commercial Real Estate & Warehouse Financing loans, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient transaction processing and data maintenance.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business units, technologists, and operational groups to originate, service, and close out loan portfolios
Investigate and resolve transactional issues, demonstrating strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Review daily exception reporting and resolve outstanding items related to assigned portfolios
Function as a proactive team player in a collaborative environment, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Enhance knowledge and expertise in regulatory data reporting and audit data submissions
Develop analytical skills by working with large sets of reportable data and resolving exceptions
Support MIS reporting, including key risk indicators, trends, and milestones of the team

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in Loan Operations is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Proven analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and meticulous attention to detail
Self-motivated and proactive team player with strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and client service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions quickly

Preferred Qualifications:
Cash/Wire Reconciliation experience
Financial or quantitative educational background
Aptitude for building relationships and communicating complex issues to internal clients

Education: Bachelor's degree (recent graduates)
