Product Manager - Learning & Onboarding Team
What are we looking for in our Product Manager - Learning & Onboarding Team?
Product Manager - Learning & Onboarding Team
Overview: Join our Learning & Onboarding Team within Enterprise Product Solutions on the West Coast as a Product Manager. You'll focus on optimizing learning compliance, reducing ramp time for new hires, and streamlining onboarding processes.
Details:
- Location: West Coast
- Pay: $80-100/hour (dependent on experience)
- Contract Duration: Jun 01, 2024 - Jan 15, 2025
- Team: 9 software engineers, 11-15 total members, 70% West Coast-based
Responsibilities:
- Manage learning compliance and required training processes
- Reduce ramp time for new hires to enhance productivity
- Decrease onboarding case volume by improving support processes
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management or related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, plus 2+ years of product management or design experience
- Experience working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on data
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience driving product vision, strategies, and roadmaps
- Ability to thrive in a fluid, evolving environment
- Full product lifecycle experience, including integrating customer feedback
- History of working on internal products or in the HR domain
Key Performance Measurements:
- On-time delivery of projects outlined at the start of the role (within control or reason)
