Web Customer Onboarding Specialist
What are we looking for in our Web Customer Onboarding Specialist?
Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a REMOTE Web Customer Onboarding Specialist to work for our client in the life sciences and diagnostics industry. Apply now for consideration!
Contract: 8 Months
Location: REMOTE
Pay Range: $30-34/hr depending on experience
Summary: The Web Customer Onboarding Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the expansion of digital purchasing channels and ensuring seamless online buying experiences for customers. With a primary focus on transitioning offline customers to online platforms, this role is instrumental in executing the company's channel growth strategy. Collaboration across various teams is essential for success in this dynamic position.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their purchasing behavior and assess their readiness for online transactions.
- Organize customer databases for targeted email outreach campaigns.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to the migration from offline to online purchasing channels, including coordinating with Sales to ensure pricing consistency.
- Serve as a customer advocate, facilitating the resolution of high-priority issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize SFDC commerce and case management systems, along with Jira and SAP ERP transactions, to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Assume ownership of customer-reported problems, managing them through to resolution.
- Identify opportunities for B2B integration projects to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SFDC commerce and case management platforms.
- Demonstrated experience with SAP ERP transactions, including customer master setup and pricing verification.
- Track record of customer-facing issue resolution.
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP functionality.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with profile management on Customer Platforms (Ariba, Coupa, etc.).
- Knowledge of configuring and correcting e-invoice setups in SAP.
- Experience leading end-to-end P2P automation projects, including scoping, documentation, and testing.
- Familiarity with B2B ecommerce transactions and processes.
- Previous experience as a supplier working with customers utilizing eprocurement platforms (Ariba, Jaggaer, etc.).
