Location: Mason, OH (Hybrid)

Pay range: $18/hr - $21/hr 

Job Description:

The Analyst - Finance supports finance operations for high-risk, complex clients by conducting detailed analyses and reporting, while assisting Account Managers to ensure timely resolution of client requests.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interface with internal and external clients via phone and email to research and resolve issues.
• Analyze complex data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and recommend solutions for cash application of outstanding balances.
• Conduct root cause analyses on open receivables, focusing on payment issues.
• Manage the cash application process for high-risk customers.
• Recommend system and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate financial records and provide reports to Account Managers, clients, and auditors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues with complex clients.

Basic Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Skills Needed:

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with accounting/finance systems and payment transactions.
• Background in collections and/or customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Knowledge of insurance benefits and third-party administration.
• Familiarity with SAP and previous experience with Facets systems is a plus.
